I would stay again
The property is exceptional with amazing views across the water. I could have sat at the window all day just looking at the views. Access is not the easiest with stairs down and up to rear entrance. Small things let it down too few towels and a little dusty. It was not clear that you could arrive any time after 4 pm as there is a key box. The location and facilities however are ideal with great local restaurants and cafes and a station just across the road.
A lovely apartment, very well equipped with everything you need for a break. The bedrooms were very large and plenty of storage space, fantastic views over the estuary from the front bedroom and lounge window.
A lovely clean bathroom with an amazingly large bath and very good shower.
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything for your stay, including a washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and all the cooking utensils.
Just a couple of little niggles, the apartment has no parking, so you will need to park in the next road and walk back to the apartment, not so good if its raining. And although the apartment was very quiet unfortunately the restaurant a couple of doors down has an extractor fan which is on every evening from about 5pm to 10pm and can be heard in the apartment, not so good if you want an early night.
Overall the apartment is really lovely, a really nice little base for exploring Wales, a real home from home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Entry to property was down a somewhat overgrown path. Accessibility was poor. Had to come and go from the back because hosts did not leave the key to the front entry (as described in their info book). Info book had incorrect WiFi site and password. Floor was visibly dirty with debris. Bed is a double, not a queen...very small. The heat didn’t work. We moved to a much better location after one night. Property manager was very responsive and took care of us. Contact him if you have any troubles.

Lovely
Absolutely lovely Apartment, everything you needed . In an excellent location. Would definitely stay there again
The view of the Conwy Estuary from the lounge and main bedroom are stunning. We couldn't stop looking through the windows.
The only negative is the noise from the air vent at the back of the property from a nearby restaurant. However it is at the back and so the lounge and front bedroom are not affected. It would not stop us booking here again and we will return.
The owners have done a lovely job. Once inside the property, you are met with a lovely apartment, a home from home. There was everything I needed there and it was a real pull to leave on the Sunday. The views are lovely. You can see the sea, the mountains, a beach, the marina and the castle!! I will absolutely be booking again. Thank you for the chocolate too lol. Every home comfort there. I was very happy and at home there. The train station is just over the road so easy to get to Llandudno, or it costs just over a fiver to get into Conwy by taxi. I smiled all weekend.
What a lovely place to stay. Views fantastic, nice quiet area. Our son loved his walks along the beach. Nice apartment that you can tell is genuinely loved by the owners. Will definitely be heading back sometime soon.
