"The whole weekend was a success from the accommodation to the service. The staff couldnt do enough for you. The food was excellent and all freshly cooked offering a good selection. The staff were freindly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The castle is well situated for all the attractions that you would want to see in Conwy. The room was a good size and very clean. I would definitely recommend "

"Everything was good, staff were fabulous, hotel was clean, only thing for me was that we were at the front and had the window open because it was very warm and the noise of traffic was terrible. Very very noisy road and fast speeding cars etc all night. Im a good sleeper but was awoke quite a few times by noisy traffic. I was hoping for the noise from owls or foxes haha . If i was to stay again i would ask for a room at the back ?"

"Had great time , the only grub didn’t get towels but we had are own. And nothing that was hotel or staff fault just was sone rude abusive customer that was load at night but the hotel dealt with them other they that was great and will use hotel again "

" I have been going to the marine hotel quite a few times the staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful food is good. Shame the bar menu never changes room was clean .I would go again in the future. Quick book in "
