I ordered a hotel at Microtel first, my son got there and they said they had no rooms. Got sent to a sister hotel, then said he had to be 21. We waited over an hour on the phone while yall checked other hotels, all said has to be 21. Then we got disconnected. We called back and finally after over 2 hours he was able to stay at the Hampton Inn. Our son was traveling from Alamama (from college) to NC for Thanksgiving. The total trip is 12 hours. He needed to stay somwhere because he got a migraine and could not drive any further. He was far from home, crying, sick feeling from the headache and just needed to lay his head down but could not. WE have been with Hotel.com for several years and never experienced such turmoil and frustration and dissatisfaction.
