“This house has so much potential due to the size and beautiful neighborhood however we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of it. When we first arrived we found 2 dead roaches in separate rooms which made us wonder if those rooms were thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There were no garbage bags for the trash bin, the sponge for the sink had been overlay used and there were no mugs for coffee. My family and I only rented for 1 night so as you can imagine, having to purchase……

“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal……
