The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant was also amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues in our room. The charging station built into the bed table did not work, the shower door would not close properly, and the toilet paper holder was broken. I did go to the front desk but no one came. One of our biggest complaints was the constant slamming of guest room doors. The doors are extremely heavy and loud, and the banging could be heard around the clock. It was very disruptive and we didn't sleep through the night in 8 nights because of it. There is also lack of bathroom privacy. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by only a sliding screen door, meaning you can clearly hear the person sharing your room using the bathroom. This is extremely uncomfortable. Connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi was also unnecessarily difficult. Every single day. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Guests were not permitted to take breakfast back to their rooms, something I have never encountered at another hotel. This was especially frustrating because I had surgery on my second day of staying and sitting in the dining room for breakfast was not physically comfortable for me. Overall, the Royal Regency Hotel has some exceptional staff and we appreciate that.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly!
