Beautiful farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

We loved our weekend stay! The home was clean, spacious, and smelled great! We came from Cincinnati to attend my 84 year old father's wedding and thought this was a great alternative to a hotel. It felt luxurious but felt like home too. I think it's important to add all the thought that went into this home. Everything you could possibly need was there! Plenty of kitchenware, extra bedding and pillows, even laundry supplies! They really thought of everything! I definitely recommend this little piece of peace and quiet!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the peaceful mornings with the view of the countryside and the cows. What a wonderful place to relax! We can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and enjoyed learning the background behind the name bestowed on the home. The local list of restaurants was also much appreciated. We look forward to staying again and will recommend to friends and family!

Was great to be surrounding by cows. Hearing the at feeding times. Watching the babies. The house was well maintained. We were very glad it was only about 10 minutes from our Son's family. We will be back. The pool table was a big hit.

This was such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗
