“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

“Hotel is in a fantastic location to see many local sites and the New River Gorge. The staff are friendly. The WiFi is sketchy and cuts out a lot, and the breakfast is more than a little underwhelming. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 am, but we got there at 8:30 am and there was nothing much to eat. The coffee is machine coffee, but there are Keurig machines in the rooms - so you can bring your own coffee.”

Grime everywhere, crumbs in carpet, broken floor tiles in bathroom, large stains on furniture and bedding. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them. There were teenage girls (approximately 14-15 years old) working... running towels and blankets to……

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”
