“Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the……

“Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.”

June 5th the 1st room 103 had water leaking from the bathroom granite countertop even when the water was off along with water leaks in the ceiling covered up by terrible flat base white paint. The 2nd room 116 they moved us to had a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The 3rd room they moved us to 321 we rolled the luggage cart (it needs to be replaced and it's only one cart for the entire hotel) upon rolling the cart into the room the bottom bumper of the cart hit a……
