“The breakfast ladies were very nice and welcoming. Especially Margo. The room was very clean. The furniture was a bit rundown.”

“We had two rooms for 7 travelers. The first group arrived & checked in around 9 pm & discovered the toilet continuously running an hour later and would not flush. The front desk was contacted and offered to move to a different room. This was with a baby and all their luggage at 11 pm at night. The front desk made no offer to discount the cost of the room which is not acceptable given the significant inconvenience of packing up and moving rooms with a young baby.”

“Upon arrival, there were not enough luggage carts available. Had to wait over 1/2 hour, a representative then went to a nearby motel and borrowed one of their carts for our use. After we arrived home, we received an additional bill for two nights of parking. $10 per night that had never been discussed. Parking was limited, and to be honest, we had to park at the end of their lot next to a business. Not sure if that was part of their parking lot or belonged to the other business.”

“The property was excellent. Very nice and clean. Love the perks! Free breakfast, parking, and EV charging stations. The location was/is safe & quite. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”

“My room didn’t have a microwave so I had to go down to the lobby to warm up my food and each and every time I did, I was approached by a harassing male. I left my stay a day early”

“The owners/managers are nice folks, but they are not maintaining a professional atmosphere. It seems many of the guests are regulars there (likely homeless) and take up most of the bottom floor. When I came down in the morning to see what was for breakfast, (it was bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt was about it), one male guest was walking around in the lobby without a shirt showing off his big potbelly. The manager/owner was working the front desk in his pajamas. The hallway looked like it had not……

“Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking. Good hot breakfast to get us up and on the road. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice area, but rain moved in……

“We stayed in one of their rooms with a whirlpool, which was very nice. However, the room had a king size bed that was in very poor shape with a huge sag in the mattress to the middle. With two of us in the bed, we both felt like we were laying on a hillside on the verge of rolling downhill to the middle. When we contacted the staff, they said they would be more than willing to move us to a different room. However, they had no more available rooms with a whirlpool, which was one of main……

“We checked into this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. You could tell right away that it was an older hotel but the staff was friendly and the beds seemed comfortable so we decided to give it a try. The elevator broke on our first night and we had an elderly person staying with us so we had to use the stairs to get our stuff and we left and checked into a different hotel. They were kind enough to refund our money.”
