"The wifi didn't work for my 11 year old. Usually you put in your last name and room number. I checked with the front desk and was told to you someone else's last name for the wifi. It didn't work. My daughter had no wifi internet while we were there. The bathroom was dirty. Room was never replenished with towels or cleaned. No housekeeping. I requested the 3rd floor, and was assured the Thursday before I checked in on Friday that I would be on the 3rd floor. When I checked in Friday, I was given room 401 on the fourth floor. When I inquired about it the front desk girl shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing that she could do. "

"Staff was friendly. The bathroom was moldy around shower door. The mattress was hard and pillows were flat. The breakfast selection was limited due to slow season. "

"Nice place to stay. Everything was clean. We got in late and they kept telling us the wrong room but that was the only issue. Everything was nice and comfortable. "

"We had reservations for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. They overbooked and supposedly upgraded to a king size bed and a pull out couch. 2 adults had to sleep on a small uncomfortable mattress. Will not recommend this hotel!"
