“We stayed at Aloft Nashville on our way home from Florida and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and in a convenient location. The pool area could use a little attention, as it felt a bit worn and wasn't quite as clean as the rest of the property. What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Unfortunately, I can't remember the manager's name, but he was absolutely amazing. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. As……

“The hotel is wonderful. Clean, fresh, very well kept. My only complaint is that they were remodeling the 2nd floor where the rooftop bar is located and we were so looking forward to an evening on the bar enjoying the landscape. Oh, and they could use a little better pillows. The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy.”

“This was a wonderful stop over location and Nashville adjacent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bonus, well beyond a typical continental breakfast. Highly recommended for those traveling I 65 or visiting Nashville!”

“Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”

“Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.”

“This is a MOTEL not HOTEL. All entry were Exterior doors. I was not aware when I booked. I would have never stayed there had I known. I do not believe the images showed this. I would have to go back to review. It was very old/ dated. It was in a wooded area although close to Galleria. Very Bates Motel vibe. The clerk was very comforting and put me in a area near check in with cameras. Staff was very nice. It was too late to change when I arrived after 5 flight delays. No restaurants open.……

“Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value.”
