“The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms.”

“Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.”

“Evening arrival after a long drive and no one was at the front desk for a good 15 minutes. Several of us standing in line, one person even called the location phone number hoping the staff had a mobile phone on them, to no avail. She apparently was working solo with no other help and was assisting a guest. But the room was clean, breakfast was decent. Close to I-65. Pet add-on rate is too high, IMO. ”

“Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when……

“This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. There was noticeable hair and dust throughout, and visible buildup in and around the vents in both the bathroom and bedrooms. I’d recommend staying here only if necessary until these issues are addressed. The property is expecting renovations in the near future, so hopefully that will also bring improved cleanliness standards.”

“Nice rooms, some areas could use little fixes. Breakfast was great! Didn’t have much involvement with staff but what I did have it was fine. Hotel is back in a hole and can be diff ultrasound to find pretty excluded from main road.”

“Dirty dirty dirty Cockroach’s in bathroom…dead one on floor and one stuck in a cob web that looked like it had been there a long while. Bathroom door broken and rotting and would drag across the floor if you didn’t hold it up…. Window was busted and didn’t even lock properly…. And so on and so on…. When I told the front desk… the lady said “ ok well…you are all paid on Expedia and checked out” no thought or care to all I just told her!!!”
