Summary:
Welcome to Coolidge, Arizona the perfect location to start your Arizona journey. We are in between Phoenix and Tucson, approx 40 minutes to each airport in the heart of Pinal County. Minutes from San Tan Valley, Chandler and Casa Grande. Minutes from the Country Thunder music festival and the Casa Grande Ruins national park. Our space is modern and spacious featuring all new stainless steel appliances and vaulted ceilings. Fully stocked, everything you need is right here. Studio #3 is located in between our gym and pool so all amenities are steps away. The large studio features a leather couch that pulls out and sleeps 2, a KING size bed, and flat screen TV. Full size modern washer dryer is in the unit. We have an on site office and are here to help. The Landmark also features a 1bd and 2bd vacation rental in addition to this studio.

We were not given the opportunity to present service animal papers. We should not of been charged a pet fee.

We had a very clean unit. A couple of draw backs are we did not have controll of the heat. They need to have some type of electric heat to take the chill off. The other thing is the tv did not get any local stations.

V3 review

Even after paying for early check-in, did not receive any check-in details until asking 3x's an hour before. There were no instructions other than the door code. The "apartment" is fitted with 1 small window AC to cool in the desert heat. The unit is converted office space off the main office and has a large window with no curtains separating, so on 3 occasions they left the office lights on shinning into the unit. And the laundry light is controlled somewhere outside of the unit so it randomly turns on and off without control. Not a bad unit if the wiring and AC gets upgraded.

Okay but not clean enough

Check in is super easy and the host is very responsive. Unfortunately cleanliness was lacking. It looked like the bathroom counter got wiped off but not the sink. I wasn’t even sure the sheets were changed. Also this is right next to the office and gym room, so it is not quiet.
