“Melissa is very helpful and is available at the drop of a dime if you need anything! You can tell she takes her job seriously and wants the guest to be happy and comfortable during their stay.”

“This was an absolute terrible stay. It was obvious this room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately found hair (not ours) all over the sheets, everything had a coating of dust, makeup on the pillowcases, we couldn't take off our shoes from the dirty floor, and lastly we found blood on the towels.”

“We have stayed here many times. We like the room size and proximity to the park. We have a dog so these are great perks. If you are looking for a good breakfast, I hate to be negative, but it is limited and not that great. But we don’t stay there for the breakfast. ”

“The gal who checked us in is special. Somehow I had 2 reservations and she mentioned that upon check-in. I couldn't find any confirmation on first reservation I made from home, so I made a second one., She checked back with me afterwords to help make sure I wasn't charged double. She is an observant and a consciousness and valuable employee.”

“The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns.”

“Parking was fine. The staff were never actually around so you had to wait for them if you needed something. For the price of the room it was very small especially the bathrooms, should've been no more than $100 per night. No breakfast. The pool area was cold. Will not be back.”
