Best Location!!

We had a GREAT experience at Home Plate! It was a GREAT location to Dreams Park and the other fun things we did while we were in Cooperstown. It was super convenient, clean and simple. Just what we needed for a busy week filled with lots of baseball. We hope to book here again in 3 years when our other son goes to Dreams Park ☺️

Perfect for a Cooperstown Week

The house is perfect for a family or 2 families coming to Dreams Park for the week. It’s an easy 5 minute drive from the park, enabling quick drives back for air conditioning and meal breaks inbetween games. Bedrooms were all comfortable and the house was immaculately clean and well kept. The deck is large and beautiful- very peaceful at nighttime. We will be recommending it to next year’s families for sure.

Great location to Dreams Park

Highly recommended for families staying wanting to be close to Dreams Park. Well maintained property with good communication from owners and property manager. Nice serene setting but close to shopping and restaurants.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Home Plate during our time in Cooperstown. The house was stocked with everything we needed, was only a few minutes from Dreams Park and made a great home base. The kids loved the loft space!

Beautiful home and close to CDP

Very well maintained and extremely clean! The three bedrooms were spacious as well as the loft area. The home is set back from the road with an expansive lawn area. We were able to come back to the house in between games and get out of the sun. From the home to the CDP parking lot was about 8-10 minutes. Overall, very happy with our stay! All the amenities, dishes, pans and little things (starter coffee pods, sugar) were perfect!
