The person manning the desk spoke no English and we ended up waiting until the owner arrived about 2.45. She was apologetic but really I feel that desk staff should have a command of English. ...

Excellent, the owner was so friendly and communicative. She gave us some great recommendations. The cabin was clean and nice. It is a quiet place to enjoy the stars. Also, so convenient being just a 5 min drive from the 12 apostles.
