“Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service day after day. Just excuses on why they didn’t check it. Always had an excuse for everything. No a/c like advertised. No view of the bay unless you walk outside and go to the side of the building……

“Do not book... i dont know who these others are that left good reviews.. but absolutily not a place to stay. I booked 2 adults 2 children 16 years old a week in advanced trusting the reviews. “We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”
