Adorable hotel! Super affordable compared to others spots near Climate Pledge Arena (which was aboit 2 blocks away). Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff who asked us how the concert was upon our return. Rooms were cut. Clean,modern bathroom with a quiet shower,. The best part? The fact that their towels for showering wrapped around my entire body and then some! Instant 5 stars! I have never stayed at a hotel that had a large towel like that! Chef's kiss!

Disappointed that we had to call housekeeping 3 days in a row to resolve the coffee maker not working. Eventually the manager removed the coffee maker from the sliding drawer and installed it on the desk. Poor design to have it on a low sliding drawer. The cable would stick snd drawer would not pill out. Cable was also erratic in providing power.
Also wish we had 2 chairs in room.
Staff at bar and in The George very friendly, provided very good service.
