“Great place to stay. Clean and homey”

“Fantastic stay! They were very welcoming, communicated frequently with us through the app, and the home matched everything described and as pictured! I loved the fenced in front and back yards for our dog. Also, the hot tub was great as it was clean and perfectly to temp! Their kitchen had just about everything you could need and made making dinner a breeze”

“Great stay”

“This house is close to the beach. It’s well stocked for cooking. Market is right around the corner, if you need something. I like the fact that their furniture is leather, their living room has a nice set up, we ended up watching a movie most nights before bedtime. Cozy house, would stay here again.”

“The property is beautiful with a convenient location adjacent to the state park, walkable to the beach. There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. It is now over a week after check out and the amount still has not been returned. I had never had a property with this policy and so I was a little taken aback. It was a great stay and my……

“It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. I noticed 2 twin rollaways in a closet but no sofa bed in the living room. There is futon in the game room which would make an iffy bed (and not sure where the bedding would have been). The games in the game room were great! We were there for the 4th of July and were able to……

“This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything far surpassed our expectations and just a short drive to Seabrook. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seabrook.”

“Good relaxing place”

“Not as close to the beach as we expected, and any view of the beach is fleeting. However, the house is large and beautiful and well equipped for a relaxing stay. We also loved that there was plenty of space for us to store our own food, etc. it was also surprisingly quiet and we felt we had privacy.”

“We enjoyed our beach place, the pets enjoyed the yard. Very nice kitchen appliances once I figured them out. Very nice bathroom. Very nice people at main house helped us and didn’t mind our dogs. Thank you so much. Also thanks for the coffee, snacks and dog treats !”
