「Our second time to Rockport and I love this area and condo! It had a very well stocked kitchen and a quick walk to the pools! We will definitely be coming back🥰」

「Great location. Awesome pier. Kids caught several trout and drum under the lights. The sandy beach is a nice touch. Would definitely rent again. Thx!」

「Nice little retreat with my family. Pool right outside the back door. Ocean 2 min walk from the front door. Very quiet area. 7 minute drive to Rockport Beach. Property is clean and definitely kozy. Will definitely come back.」

「It was a great place and we enjoyed our mini vacation 」

「We were very disappointed when checked into the condo. The pictures are deceptive. Our family does 1 to 2 beach houses a year and this was my least favorite. We did not feel welcome and it seems that the convenience and comfort of guests are not important to the host. Our daughter and grandson stayed upstairs which they said was hot and uncomfortable. There were nights they did not get much rest due to the heat. The AC did not seem to work adequately. There were times that the condo would be...

「Great weekend stay for us! 」

「PERFECT LOCATION! Great place to stay in Port A! Just a very short walk to the beach. Very comfortable, kitchen stocked well with everything you need, we cooked all our meals at the house. Great pool, very clean! We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo.」

「WiFi was not plugged in. After communicating with staff they gave the code to the owners closet and inside was the router. Plugged it in and still no WiFi. Was able to join using an alternate WiFi. Air conditioning was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. May not be best if you are looking to escape the heat and cool down. Other than those things, the place was nice and functional.」

「The microwave was not working.」

「The place is small. It fit for what we needed. Only A/C is in the hallway, so you have to keep the bedroom door open. There is a flood light in the backyard that does not turn off. No curtains to block the light. You may get lucky to not have an upstairs neighbor. You can hear every footstep and every time they flush the toilet!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fridge leaked water on everything in the fridge. Ice in freezer smells like fish. Lady working in office isn’t very friendly. Pretty sure there were two children helping clean rooms when people check out? They were constantly up and...
