Personal war freundlich. Zimmer für 1 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder ziemlich klein. Bei Ankunft war kein Bett für das 2. Kind eingerichtet. Auch Handtücher fehlten und mussten trotz Mitteilung an der Rezeption nochmal selbst geholt werden. Der Gang wurde nie gesäubert und war immer dreckig, hier hätte man saugen können. Auch die Zimmerreinigung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde nie gesagut, Betten wurden lieblos gemacht, neue Handtücher fehlten und die Sauberkeit könnte wesentlich besser sein. Lage vom Hotel sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen, nebenan ist das Shoppingcenter Fields, auch super zu erreichen. Fahrradverleih vom Hotel hatten wir genutzt, also die Räder dürften mal ein Update bekommen, mit so einem Rad bin ich das letzte mal vor 40 Jahren gefahren. Preis waren etwas über 17 € für einen Tag, das könnte man auch günstiger machen, war kein E-Bike und für 17 € kann man den ganzen Tag mit dem Zug durch die Stadt fahren. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, der gebratene Speck war der Hammer! Also Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal wieder auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Trotzdem ok. Wir waren leider nur im 5. Stock und hatten keinerlei Aussicht, da wir genau auf ein anderes Gebäude blicken mussten.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated free coffee and pastries in the lobby in the morning. We had a higher floor with nice view.

The Good: The downstairs decor is great with plants and trees, and the check-in was easy and friendly. The growth areas: There were multiple areas of stained areas or dirty sports in the rooms on the chairs, counters, and walls. Although the front desk could be reached by phone, it felt like we had to walk down to speak with them before they took action to get things done. Last, the glass door in the shower is way too short. It's really diificult to keep water in the shower.

I would like a refund immediately and my card number deleted. One month after I checked out, the front desk fraudulently used my card and charged me without any consultation. A month after I checked out, they added something to my bill that wasn't mentioned at checkout. They charged me for laundry service, but we didn't request it. As for laundry service, my clothes were accidentally washed during my stay, and I complained and they were waived. Specifically, we requested a separate service called Laundry Heap, put our clothes in a Laundry Heap bag, and left them at the front desk. They washed them without our permission. We had already paid for Laundry Heap, and when we complained to the front desk on the day, the hotel's laundry service was waived. I don't understand why I was charged an additional fee more than a month after my stay and complaint.

The hotel and room was clean and conveniently located a 5min walk to the metro. Central Copenhagen was a 15min ride. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good also. The hotel is also a 10 to 15min ride to the airport. We had a great stay and would book here again.

Great hotel and staff! There was another company that rented out the events room that had a party, who paid for private security that was extremely rude and aggressive toward the paying hotel customers (myself included). I spoke to the front desk about the matter and the lady was more than happy to help and try to make it right by the hotel, to include giving me contact information to escalate any complaint of situations or interactions that occurred. As far as food goes, there are fast food places within walking distance and taxi’s line up waiting to take guests where they need to go in the back parking lot. It was a great restful experience in part of my family and I’s vacation.

Good quality hotel but showing its age in the room furnishings. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Good transport links into cph and the shopping mall next door had reasonably priced food options.

Very nice staff. It was warm while we were there and the huge building is not airconditioned and the windows don't open--- but there are so many spiders on the outside of the windows you would be afraid to open them. Hard to sleep when t is that hot. They have air circulation (fan) that circulates through a cooler area under the building-- but it was hot to sleep and they give you a huge duvet-- no sheets.

Absolutely disappointed this time. I've stayed here twice before, but this stay was a letdown. The ventilation and AC were awful, locked at a preset temperature, leaving the room uncomfortably warm with zero air circulation. We had an early flight the next morning and barely slept at how warm it felt in the room. This stay was supposed to give us rest, and it completely failed. The TV was dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Pillows didn’t smell or feel fresh. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like lotion, and there wasn’t even a pen or notepad in the room when we actually needed one. The only thing going for it is the location, close to the metro, train station, and a nice mall, but that doesn't make up for the poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money this time.
