Lovely room, great beds, efficient reception, quite nice lounge area for a night cap albeit small. 15-20mins leisurely walk to Copenhagen main rail station. Fantastic location for exploring the city on foot, bike and many cafés, bars and restaurants.

Our room was enough big, but we didnt like the bathroom. There was not shower cubicle, only a curtain. Good bed and helpful and friendly staff everywhere. the roof terrace was lovely.

Good experience as usual

I was staying the 4th time at this hotel. Good stay as usual. Due to the winter time rooms were not super warm and you could regulate the temperature. Otherwise all good!

We thought this hotel was average because the double superior suite we booked was underwhelming. The bed was comfortable but we were hoping for something special at a suite rate. Location was perfectly situated in a trendy local area, short walk to the train station & all surrounding neighbourhoods too.

Top notch

Location and comfort was why l choose this hotel. I was not disappointed. The bed was above average hotel standard. The staff both in the reception and the dining area were very helpful, they could solve any request l asked. Btw have anyone ever seen a cuter little couch? I love it

Breakfast great but hotel too far out from the centre and the room was very small and basic with a tiny rail instead of a wardrobe and no tea/ coffee in the room. Tiny tv with poor reception. Felt like a room for short stay backpackers and we were there for a week.

We have recently stayed at the Hotel for a short 4 day break. We stayed in the Junior Suite (room 402). We found the facilities to be clean, good quality and in good condition. The bathroom felt small in the room but that said it was well designed and it was clean etc. The hotel is situated in a quieter area of Copenhagen but you are within walking distance of lovely restaurants , cafes and a 7- eleven (convenience store) and also a 'Normal' which sells toiletries, shower gels, hair products etc. Really handy location. It is also about 0.5m from the closest metro stop which is about 10 -15 mins walk. You can then quickly navigate to Copenhagen central, Kongens Nytorv or the airport. It takes 25 - 30 mins to get from the airport from the metro stop. Straight forward. The hotel is lovely, the receptionist who welcomed us on Wednesday evening was extremely friendly, polite and a credit to your hotel. Helpful with local knowledge etc. Would recommend the hotel and will stay again for sure.

Leider wurden unsere hochwertigen eBikes, die gut abgeschlossen waren und von außerhalb fast nicht einsehbar waren, vom Hotelparkplatz geklaut. Es gibt dort keine sichere Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen, da Fahrräder auch schon aus dem Hof geklaut wurden, wie uns gesagt wurde.

The beds were nice, the rooms were nice. In general it was a bid noisy inside of the hotel due to multiple doors that you could hear opening and closing very well. Also in the morning there was the smell of burnt toast going all the way into the room. Other than that it is wel situated and they let me into the room earlier to drop off my bags.

The hotel was really charming and the staff was very welcoming. Location was great, we could walk practically anywhere. The room was nicely styled, but thin walls let all the sounds through from the hallway, luckily it was quiet. Only real problem we had was with water pressure, the shower really was a sad thing, but se managed. The sauna on the roof terrace was amazing!

Schön renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Türen sind leider so undicht, dass das Licht vom Gang durch die geschlossene Tür ins Zimmer scheint. Zudem alles sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer war leider sehr enttäuschend, da habe ich in manchen Hostels schon besseres gesehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend! Große Auswahl und schönes Ambiente.

Vänlig personal, bra läge. En kort promenad in till centrum. Vi hade två cyklar med oss och vi fick ställa dom på den låsta innergården. Hotellet är fint men väldigt lyhört.
