Set in a stately building beside Churchill Park and just steps from Amalienborg Palace, Churchill Manor is a rare 170 m² apartment that blends historical elegance with playful modern eclecticism. Occupying the entire first floor, the apartment features three stylish bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and generous living areas ideal for gathering, relaxing, or entertaining. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or colleagues, Churchill Manor offers a unique and inspiring stay in one of Copenhagen’s most distinguished neighborhoods.



The Space:

A TOUR OF THE PLACE

Step inside Churchill Manor and enter directly into the heart of the home — a bold, colorful living room that sets the tone for the apartment’s eclectic and playful design.



To your right, a small hallway leads to two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the right, features a king-size bed, a cozy lounge corner, and a curated pillow selection for added comfort. Across the hall, the second bedroom also includes a king-size bed, a lounge area, and the same thoughtful touches — vibrant decor, layered lighting, and pillows to suit every sleeper.



Back in the living room, you’ll find the third bedroom with a queen-size bed just off to the side. A nearby relaxation area invites you to sink into the queen-size sofa bed and enjoy a movie on the 50" smart TV — ideal for quiet evenings or lazy mornings. Close by, a large dining table seats eight, offering a perfect space for meals and gatherings.



From the living room, you move into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a sleek stove, oven, generous counter space, and a statement fridge. An adjoining utility room adds extra convenience with a sink, dishwasher, and more prep space.



The apartment includes 1.5 bathrooms: one with a toilet and sink, and another with an additional walk-in shower — both finished with modern fittings. A secondary hallway leads to a back entrance with direct access to the building’s elevator.

Getting Around:

Transportation is easy. The closest train station is Østerport station which is a 10 minute walk away. From here you can take direct trains to the airport, Malmø or up the coast.

The Metro station is the fastest and easiest way to get to most areas in Cph - The closest is at Kongens Nytorv which is a also a 10 minute walk away.
