No hay agua caliente, no hay WiFi, no hay alumbrado en los pasillos, el desayuno que dicen incluir nunca lo dan, el servicio es pésimo, el costo es altísimo en comparación con el servicio tan deficiente que tienen, quise cancelar mi estancia en ese hotel y no me quisieron hacer la devolución, nunca vayan a ese hotel, es pésimo.

En un lugar donde el clima es muy variante, el clima (minisplit) no se encuentra controlado por el huesped. El baño carece de tapete antiderrapante y de tapete exterior, además el agua es difícil de controlar pues las tuberías están al revés (agua fría a la izquierda) lo que no ocurre en el lavabo.

La ubicación muy buena, las Chicas de recepción y del Restaurante muy lindas muy atentas, a la habitación le hace falta mantenimiento en pintura sobre todo en área de lavamanos y regadera, otro punto incómodo que no te prestan el control para el calentador y tienes que estar llamando para que ellos estén entrando a tu habitación hacerlo y las temperaturas son muy bajas, es ilógico que te renten una habitación y no te den el control

Muy mal servicio, sin wifi, nada cómodo el lugar, te venden una cosa y es otra… jamás vuelvo ahí, preguntamos por wifi para la tv y nos dijeron que fuéramos a recepción a tomar señal. ??? Súper mala actitud de la recepcionista.
