“This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. ”

Outdoor seating a propane fire pit on the main house veranda is so cozy. “Down for a birthday party being hosted in the hotel and unfortunately I wasn’t there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but the room was very nice, extremely comfortable bed, great strong shower, tea and coffee facilities etc and the veggie cooked breakfast was delicious. ”

“A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish……
