“We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. He did not provide a……

“It was a functionally nice, extremely clean hotel. The staff was very friendly (shout out to Crystal at the front desk) and the morning breakfast delivered way more than expected. But there should be more than DirectTV that loses signal when it rains, especially at the higher rate we paid because of the graduation events happening in the area. Also no iron in the room. Would I go back? Yes but I’d take my laptop so I can watch streaming services the hotel doesn’t have.”

“What a gem, really enjoyed staying at The West End Flats. Our apartment was great, large bathroom, high end kitchen, We didn't need them but full-size washer/dryer was in the unit. AFOG onsite is wonderful, we picked up a brew each night and played corn hole in their back yard. ”

“Starting with staff. They tried. We didn't see information that the suite we reserved was on 2nd floor and only accessible by stairway which made carrying two suitcases and ice chest quite difficult and my wife had knee problems and made going up and down steep stairs difficult. The major issue was electrical outlets in suite were dangerous. As the room did not have an alarm clock we brought our own and when we first plugged it in and then went to check in desk to see if someone could show us……
