Great Location
The condo is very close to center village lifts (Eagle and Flyer). It is very clean and nicely decorated. I had an issue with the fireplace and the humidifier but maintenance was very prompt to address the issues. Many of the condos I stay at Summit County come with complimentary coffee starter packs (coffee, creamer, sweetener, filters). This location did not. However, it wasn't a big deal because I buy my own coffee. But be aware when staying at this unit. Again, not a big deal. The unit does come with a very nice coffee maker, MoccaMaster. The complex only has one hot tub, but it is fairly large and well heated. However, no sauna or pool. The parking garage is well-lit and easy to find a parking space. I stayed at the Passage Point Condo Building in January 2025 and then this location in March 2025. I think I like this location slightly better. It's a great place and I will be back.
