Management needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arriving at 4:00pm doesn't leave you much time to connect with the management office when they close at 5:00pm. The person who answered when we called for help said they didn't have anyone after hours that could help us. Leaving a message for them to return my call was useless, nobody ever called. I don't understand how you can have parking garages at a ski resort that don't accommodate a Subaru with a Thule roof box. Knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful. You may want to add a note to your welcome email that gets sent out ahead of time!

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 had a great time. Mountain plaza is a great location. Super close to the American eagle gondola. Wood fire place with free wood us the best. Kitchen pretty stocked except for extra dish towels. Had a crockpot which was great. Plenty of room to spread our. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer which would be great. A cart to haul wood also would be nice. Beds were pretty comfortable however the blankets could be replaced. The place felt pretty clean except upon packing up we found a bra under a bed. Would return and recommend.
