“This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was……

“Room was clean, beds were suitable for overnight but not comfortable enough for a long stay. A definite plus when traveling was the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having to drive to a separate building after check in and walk upstairs outside the building was inconvenient. Probably would not have booked this had I known stairs were involved due to having COPD. ”

“The walls are thin. We heard people in the halls and in the parking lot all night. The motel is dated but in a cute way. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great location to bars and entertainment. We will stay there again.”

“Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty.……

“Breakfast was OK, not great ”

“Noisy location with sub par room conditions.”

“Just a couple bars of soap. I cleaned the AC vent to get my AC to work correctly. But the room seemed updated furniture and bed and had like a barn sliding. Door for the bathroom and the shower was amazing. The showerhead system that it had it had like a rain shower head with a bunch of other settings. That spray water at you from the front, or it had a hose hook up, or it rained down on you. Very nice shower and the bathroom seemed renovated and upgraded. So there was like, just minor……
