“Pros: The AI virtual front desk was actually excellent. Questions were answered promptly and were accurate. The concierge staff is top-notch too and very helpful when needed. The free coffee in the lobby was nice too for the caffeine fiends in our group. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and well-stocked.
Cons: a key fob is required to access the building and to use the elevator. With a 3-bedroom unit, we were only given one fob which was a bit of a hassle at times. With the 3-bedroom, we were……

“Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response
The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised.
The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.
