“Pleasant staff”

“Issues with not getting my receipt emailed for a reservation last week. The explanation of not receiving was that I booked through a third party (Expedia) ! Also, one morning the “ Free Breakfast “ from 6AM-9:30AM was late arriving, so no breakfast at 8:30 AM when I had to be at the Hospital with my wife.”

“Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, clean rooms and nice sitting room next to where bed is located.”

“The environment is good. I like this hotel.”

“NO ELEVATOR! I was on the 4th floor with several pieces of luggage. The elevator has been broken since February. Not ok”

“It was very spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like I had to paid $5 dollars for parking which it didn’t say anything at time of reservation. It say it was free”

“The hotel and room itself was very solid. Nice small gym and pool. Room was clean and well stocked. Quiet room, and convenient location. Only complaint I have is that the hallways going to the rooms or gym etc was not air conditioned so the hotel had that humid and musty feeling. Not a huge deal but if you weren’t inside your actual room, the entire hotel was very warm and humid with that kind of stale air smell and vibe. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. Overall a solid experience though.”
