“Everything is clean and tidy. The location is good, everything so good.”

“Welcome was friendly & very helpful. Building quaint. Very clean. Some nice wee touches. No food available. Basic amenities in room lacking - no bin in bathroom, bed sagging at one side, lack of sockets, unable to get shower to work - no one in property in morning to ask for help. Noise from bar until midnight - could hear conversations, music & pool being played. ”

“Last minute booking. Host was incredibly accommodating with a late check in and some food on arrival. Nice, big double room with en-suite and good facilities. Excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Accommodation was enough to M1 to be handy for commute, whilst also being out in the countryside and a very picturesque spot. Would stay again. ”

“Lovely, comfortable clean and spacious room. Good size breakfast with good quality ingredients with pleasant hosts. Property located away from major roads surrounded by stunning gardens makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Would say I would stay again, but I had to come back for work again unexpectedly the following week and re-booked without hesitation”

“What a great find - really lovely, small house with just a few, very well appointed rooms. Free use of a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, all only used by the guests. Host was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Could not fault it, great value and very easy access to the M1.”

“We stayed for just under 3 weeks and had a lovely stay. A really charming and cute little cottage, hidden away behind the main street in Kimbolton. Though the kitchen is very compact, the air fryer and induction stove meant we could make some meals, and everything else about the cottage is cozy and welcoming. The hosts are great, and Rebecca was always very swift to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended.”
