「+Clean room. Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Nice staff. Helpful. -Poor breakfast. No scrambled eggs. Profile shows they have luggage storage but once I have booked, I received message they haven’t one.」

「Breakfast options good Corridor quite noisy」

「Excellent hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. We requested for late check-out at noon and accepted easily by staff. Will definitely be back again.」

「Issue with getting into room, staff was helpful to get in. Clean place, value for money」

「Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. 「A great property and a very easy drive to Burghley Horse Trials which was the purpose of our visit. Directly next to a great pub and a property that I would recommend. 「Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast.」

「Beautiful setting and very welcoming by Sam. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.」

「The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the young lady serving us in the restaurant was a star. Super attentive to everyone and nothing was a problem. The building has a fascinating history, lovely place for a stroll around and also a lovely courtyard.」

「Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.」

Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...
