「The problem with the check in was with Vrbo. They never send us the code to get the keys. We called the woman listed but she never replied. Finally, a very nice gentleman named Antonio answered our questions and resolved the issues. We believe all of this stemmed from the woman who is the main contact switching from Vrbo so Vrbo never processed our check-in. The house is great and a fantastic location.
