“Sergio was very responsive and provided lots of helpful info on restaurants and sites. Condo is spacious and clean. We didn’t get check in instruction until the day we arrived and have to store our luggages elsewhere until check in. Washer available but not detergent. ”

Only quibble was communication in advance of check in since the property management company does not respond to questions submitted via VRBO app. Emails ended up in spam making for uncertainty about check in, combined with their use of an app to collect passport info, raising concerns about whether we were being spammed. Once the property manager passed info along to host, communication was much better. But the……
