"We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating. "

"The house had not been cleaned when we arrived and a some items were broken. We discussed if we should just move out but in the end stayed. Some items were fixed while we were there, but I did not want work men in the house when on holiday. The main road at rush hour was noisy, but there is a little beach very close with a resturant which good."
