Location is always a key factor when choosing a home away from home. The majority of our guests prefer a room with a view. Barbati is one of the most beautiful beaches on Corfu island. A 1500 meter sweep of white pebbles and shingles, backed by silver olive groves and pine trees with a turquoise sea lapping at its shores, offering safe and sheltered bathing, perfect for snorkeling.

The space:
Ocean View Villa Damian, sits above Barbati beach and is a spacious and contemporary villa with stunning views over this glorious spot. Perfect for families with teenagers during school holidays while offering a more relaxed feel during the shoulder months. The beach is a mere five-minute stroll down a meandering lane that finishes at Barbati Beach. In the afternoon on hot August days music can be heard wafting up from the beach, but by late afternoon most sun worshippers have departed, and you'll have time to enjoy a quiet cocktail in one of the tavernas before they close for dinner.

Whilst maintaining its own independence and privacy, Ocean View Villa Damian can be rented along with Sea View Villa Leo, to provide a spacious venue for an extended family gathering or a group of friends.

These pastoral bays still resemble the 'delectable landscape' that Lawrence Durrell fell for in the 1930s. One may venture inland to the UNESCO heritage site of Old Perithia, an enchanting, abandoned village with footpaths, honey producers, and tavernas that specialize in local dishes and delicacies!

The cosmopolitan capital is a charming clash of Venetian, British and French colonial influences.
