Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings.

Costa Botanica is a great hotel - it has good communal areas, bars and the choice of restaurants is really good. There are numerous pools and a private beach, so it feels like there is so much space, it’s never too crowded. The staff are also amazing, they never stop and really prioritise service. Where the hotel is let down is the rooms, they feel dated, damp and dark and really need an update. Hopefully the rooms get a makeover soon to really make this a 5 star resort!

Overall a great all inclusive with really clever design inspired by a town piazza.they’ve done a nice job mixing new decor and vintage stuff so that it doesn’t look all samey, but has character. The pools and beach are great. got herb Bonus that there is a water park on property but out of the way. My main disappointment was the food - restaurants should’ve been better - and the buffet was fine but had little seafood or fresh fish so that it was quite school lunch like. If the food had been better, than this all inclusive would’ve been one of the best I’d been to.

Ultra super stay!

This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants. The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides. But the highlight for me was the garden—an expansive area filled with trees, palm groves, and lush grass. There’s even a small zoo! The word “Botanica” in the name is truly fitting. Before coming, I read a few negative reviews about long queues at the bars. If waiting 3 minutes for a drink is considered too long, I really don’t understand those complaints. The staff are doing an excellent job, always smiling and in a great mood. All you have to do is wait a moment for your drink. The food was delicious every day, with a variety of around 12 dishes including at least three types of meat, plus fish, seafood, loads of salads, fruits, and vegetables. And of course, pizza and pasta are available all day long. The resort also offers four à la carte restaurants that require advance booking. I wasn’t lucky enough to get a spot, but it wasn’t a problem—there was more than enough to enjoy. For the kids, there’s an ice cream shop, a chocolate bar, a popcorn machine, and more.

Our stay at Costa Botanica was made more relaxing by the level of service and attention to detail from all of the team. The grounds of this hotel are impressive. Built into the dunes and the trees means it does not dominate the skyline. The quality of food is excellent and the rooms are spacious offering you everything you need for a perfect trip.

ֿRooms has mold and super humid because the walls are wet making the bed sheets humid and feels wet. The rooms are old and in terrible condition. The bathroom is flooded every time someone takes a shower. Although I called the maintenance every day they could not fix it. This happens in most rooms and I know as we been a big group over there.

Eine ausführliche Bewertung kann bei Google gelesen werden, hier haben die Zeichen leider nicht ausgereicht. Kurz Zusammengefasst. Wir waren Ende September, Anfangs Oktober hier und leider Pech mit dem Wetter. Es war sehr windig, regnerisch und unter 20 Grad. Das Hotel ist zwar schön, mit seiner Poollandschaft, Aussensitzplätzen etc. jedoch auf schönes Wetter angewiesen. Das Hotel würde ich sicher weiterempfehlen, allerdings eher für den Juli / August oder Anfangs September.

Absolut wunderschöne Hotelanlage, die unglaublich weitläufig ist und einen richtig gut abschalten lässt. Wirklich wunderschön! Auch traumhafte Pools, die im Oktober aber alle eiskalt waren. Der Strand ist toll und die Beachbar ein Traum! Aber: leider wirklich kein 5 Sterne Standard. Das Essen war fast durchweg mittelmäßig. Morgens und Mittags gab es wirklich immer das Gleiche. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht sehr stört. Aber auch wurden die Bettlaken in 9 Tagen nur auf Aufforderung hin getauscht und auch mit wenig Sorgfalt ordentlich vorbereitet. Personal war teilweise super nett und bemüht, aber das auch nicht durchweg. Insbesondere im Hauptrestaurant musste man oft länger warten und die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Was für ein naturnahes Hotel für uns gar nicht ging, waren die Pappbecher und Pappteller in den Bars und Restaurants an Pool und Bar. Das kann man auch anders lösen!Und uns hat zudem wirklich ein Spielplatz gefehlt. Für Kinder plus 5 okay, aber für kleinere Kinder schade! Trotz gewisser Kritikpunkte: wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in einem sehr schönen Hotel!

Die ganze Anlage ist wie ein kleines Dorf angelegt - ein schöner Marktplatz mit den Restaurants und einer Bar - wenn man abends dort sitzt fühlt es sich gar nicht wie in einem Hotel an :) alles ist wunderschön bepflanzt - es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark, einen Mega wasserpark, immer kalte Getränke und super leckeres Essen. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie!

Het hotel is vooral geschikt voor gezinnen, De netheid en kwaliteit van de kamer kan beter. Het buffet heeft weinig of geen variatie. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Alles was es braucht für einen sorglosen Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr fein. Es empfiehlt sich, die Themenrestaurants gleich am ersten Tag zu reservieren. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig und genügend Platz. Allerdings etwas wenig Platz für Kleider und im Bad keine Abstellflächen. Wir konnten uns aber gut arrangieren. Ein Auto zum Erkunden der Insel ist super, man sollte aber das Autofahren mögen. Es gibt viele kleine, enge Strassen wo kreuzen nicht möglich ist. Leider macht die Insel als ganzes einen eher vernachlässigten Eindruck.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Buffet bzw. auch in den Restaurants sehr leckeres Essen, in Bezug auf die Babynahrung super Service, zufriedenstellende Auswahl an alkoholfreien Getränken.

Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve nazik olduğunu paylaşabilirim. Otel çocuklu ailelere fazlasıyla uygun. Yemek çeşidi yeterliydi. Odalar konforlu ve alan olarak otelin kullanımı çok genişti, havuz sayısı oldukça yeterliydi ve hepsi büyüktü. Ancak havuz konusunda maalesef yeterli temizliğin yapılmadığını düşünüyoruz. Maalesef tüm havuzlar her gün temizlenmiyor. Sanıyoruz ki belirli bir sıra ile temizlik yapılıyor. Bir gün ikisi temizse diğer ikisi fark edilir derecede kirli olabiliyordu. Bu kadar çocuk yoğunluğu olan bir otelde daha fazla dikkat edilmeli. Sineklerin fazla olduğunu gitmeden önce okumuştuk, evet gerçekten fazla. Ama böylesi doğal bir ortamda bu normal. Önleminizi alıp gitmeniz faydalı olur.

Wir hatten Schimmel im Zimmer. Es gab kein wirkliches Fitnesstudio obwohl angekündigt. Das Personal ist total überfordert. Das Abendprogramm ist für Rentner.
