The staff was fantastic and the view from the hotel is really nice. We felt very relaxed and well cared for while onsite. Unfortunately, I came down with terrible food poisoning the last night I was there which was an awful way to end the trip. Luckily my husband and I ate different things for dinner that night and he did not get sick.

The property is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. Everything was incredibly clean, and the level of service was excellent. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to the food absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. We had such a wonderful experience and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Views from outside around the pool areas are absolutely stunning. It really is picturesque. Love the beach. Food is delicious and plentiful. Peak season and always a choice of sunbeds. Bed height in family room is ridiculously high for some reason and my short legs struggled! The only negative.

I don’t write many reviews, but this hotel deserves one, but it is a little difficult to get out my overall thoughts balanced with the detail. Overall I thought this hotel was great and exceeded my expectations based on price, photos and reviews… I think the thing I must say is don’t judge a book, in this case a hotel, by its cover. I was put off by the photos of the hotel that showed in my view a 1970’s concrete block hotel and I feared the worst that what’s inside may also be from the 1970’s Don’t be fooled as the hotel appeared brand new on the inside. It was immaculate, the decoration, fixtures and fitting were new and felt luxurious. The staff were lovely with a shout out to Amigo who looked after us for breakfast and dinner nearly every day and quickly learnt my habits… top marks to you sir . The one area that probably spoilt the stay and it’s OUR FAULT for going in late October was that the hotel was in hibernation mode and it felt like it… With fewer people around its started to feel soulless and this also had a direct impact on dining…. Because with fewer people eating the food in the buffet did not tickover as quickly and the cooked dishes were mostly just warm ….This DID spoil things but perhaps I am being picky as this has zero impact on the cold dishes and wow what a choice you got …. I’ve never been to a hotel restaurant with SO MUCH CHOICE , as being family oriented and catering to international visitors, this requires a broad spread. 👏

Alt var virkelig godt og fint på hotellet. Det var bare delt ikke noget for os. Det var all inclusiv og den mad kommer nemt til at virke cafeteria agtig. Det var dog frisk og pænt anrettet. Virkelig mange børn og boldspil i poolen. Alle drikkevare, der var gratis var af høj kvalitet. Ingen strand. Ligger ved havet, men strandbred er der ikke. Alle tjenere var søde, effektive og venlige. Høj service. Den japanske restaurant var god. Værelset stort og lækkert. Et godt hotel for familier med børn.
