Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und der Pool war schön. Das Personal war freundlich. Nicht in Ordnung waren der Zustand der Liegen (teils kaputt und nicht benutzbar). Das Hotel insgesamt ist abgewohnt und wird nicht gut instand gehalten.

Da vi ankom var der en kvindelig receptionist, som var meget sød og imødekommende og efterfølgende hjælpsom. Derimod var badeværelset forfærdeligt. Afløbet i badet fungerede IKKE og derfor løb der vand ud i hele værelset, hvortil der ikke var meget meget hjælp fra personalet om aftenen. Morgenmaden var ringe. Mange af poolstolene var i dårlig stand, og nogle direkte ubrugbare. Overordnet set var hotellet okay, men mangler og dårlige faciliteter gør at vi ikke kommer igen eller vil anbefale det til andre

The room smelt of sewage, I received two single beds for children instead of a double, the aircon was broken and shaking all night. I checked out early and they are refusing to return my money for the nights I didn’t stay. I don’t usually complained nor do I write reviews but I advise no one stay here. The receptionist lady was lovely and agreed and promised I would receive a refund but now they are not doing so

Salle de bain dans un état lamentable : odeurs insupportables, très sale, avec de la moisissure sur les murs. Rien n’a été fait pour améliorer la situation. Ils nous ont changé de chambre uniquement pour la dernière nuit… et nous avons retrouvé exactement la même salle de bain, tout aussi sale. Expedia s’est très mal occupé du problème.

Our stay at Silver Bay Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a room with two large twin beds but were given one double and one single. The single bed was definitely not sleepable - the mattress was so lumpy you could feel the base beneath it. The double bed was a bit better, but still not comfortable. The room was far from clean, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower caused water to flood the bathroom, and we had to run down to reception for extra towels to try to contain it. The staff were polite enough and did organise airport pickup (though gave us incorrect information about where to pay). A late check-out was a small bonus, but overall, it was a poor experience. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend it.

Hotel has been refurbished to good standard. Breakfast was of good range and quality. Negatives were a rusty, leaking ancient fridge in room and disappointing pool area with uncomfortable sun beds and “pool bar” which was just a display fridge with limited range of canned drinks.

Jail cell!

The hotel is in bad disrepair, the rooms need better furniture as ours was broken and looked like a jail cell, the shower flooded the whole room, there was creatures all over the room, the beds was very hard, ut was a total disgrace, the breakfast was included in the price, dont bother though as the bread had green mould, the croissants was stale, the yogurt tasted sour, the scrambled eggs was like water, not a lot to choose from really unless u wanted to die of food poisening, the pool was dirty couldn't swim in it, after asking for it to be cleaned they said the maintenance was busy, we ended up going to the beach! So yeah, no sleep in our jail cell, broken furniture terrible bathroom, couldn't eat breakfast and couldn't use the pool, total waste if time, im asking for a refund!

Worst experience ever. I was placed for the first two nights in a 1m x 2m2 room, without air conditioning, with the toilet bowl filled with excrement, the shower filled with hair. Even though I had booked a large room. the hotel in general was incredibly dirty.

We were presented with an old and dirty room, the pool and outside area were decent, but clearly are being used to increase the price of a property that has been left to fall apart. The rooms are consistently not attended to, there is dust, rust on the taps, the doors are dirty and have clearly not been changed or painted in a long while, even the are curtains not properly placed on the rails. A picture of complete abandonment. Completely different to what is being showed and definitely not worth the per night price. The only silver lining was the great receptionist who did whatever was within his powers to get us the best room he could so we could have a decent stay. A good guy left to deal with the results of a terrible business model. Do not recommend!
