lovely stay at the villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Everything about the site was up to or well above our expectation. All contact with Sofronios was quick, responsive, helpful and easy. We didn't have a car, so walked to several delightful unspoilt beaches. The nearby store is convenient but quite expensive so we did some food shopping in Corfu town using the bus which stops not far away. The single drawback was mosquitos. Don't forget to bring repellent.

Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing stay. The house, garden, terraces and pool are all very spacious. Stunning views over the hills and sea whilst you sit in the shade of olive trees are the real highlight. Service was also flawless with regular pool cleaning, watering the plants, change of sheets and a quick clean around the house midway through the week. Highly, highly recommended!

Value for money

The property is a little old fashioned ( small rooms ) but we never spend much time indoors so not a problem for us. The layout needs a bit of explaining as the property is on a hill . The main part of the house ( higher level ) consists of 3 reasonably size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms( reasonable) and a kitchen, dining room, lounge ( combined). At the lower level is what appears to be a one bedroom flat but the two properties are not connected internally. The flat is accessed through a separate external door. ( we did not use this flat so cannot comment on it. The outside is ok and the pool good. Its good value for money and in a location which we find the best area of Corfu. One aspect to be aware of is that we were only given one key ( I'm sure more would have been available had we asked. The front door was the only access to the main part of the property and if the door slams shut with you on the outside and the key on the inside , you are locked out. It didn't happen to us but if you had children I could see this happening.

A lovely, relaxing stay in a nice villa in a great location. Several great beaches nearby by car.

Great location. Nice part of the island. Quiet surroundings but close to a lovely little port and some fabulous pebbly beaches for swimming and snorkelling. Fantastic views from the villa and pool area. Only a short drive to Kassiopi.

A beautiful property in a amazing location with a wonderful deep pool

We stayed as two families with four teenagers between us and had a fantastic week. It was wonderfully private, the only negative is that it is quite a challenging, steep trek to the restaurants in the wonderful local harbour. Which is no problem. If you are all fit and like an up hill climb at the end of the night! However this did mean the property was surrounded by wonderful trees and wildlife, so it was great overall.

EOS with villa Joanna was Perfect

Villa Joanna was excellent. Maybe interieur is a bit old fashion(but we are young people). But beds where perfect bathroom was clean and good. Kitchen has everything you need. House is situated on a very private place with breathtaking view. Also our 3 young kids had a lot of fun in swimming pool and they even had a new table tennis table which they found interesting. And the service from EOS and cleaning crews where excellent. I gave it a 9.5 on the scale of 10.
