We had a great holiday.

We had a great holiday. The location is great- close to shops and the beach. The outdoor areas with the pools and eating areas are perfect . Our hosts were so very kind having prepared a meal for us when we arrived which was delicious and providing us with a fridge of goodies plus other treats during the week. We are very grateful to them.

Overall, highly recommend staying here

A great stay, villa was just as the pictures and the pools were excellent, my 2 year loved splashing in the shallow pool! The host herself was amazing, prepared dinner for us for when we got there a long with some essentials for the fridge. When there was a small power problem (across the whole area) she turned up very quickly and explained what was going on. The area was great, some really nice restaurants (try Sebastians and Sabbia) and the beach was nice, although there had been a storm before we arrived which left the beach and sea a bit disturbed. Overall, highly recommend staying here.

Early Spring at Corfu

very clean and well staffed house with beautiful garden, only 100 m to minmarket, 5 min walk to beach - we spent a nice week here, well situated for hiking tour around the island! wonderful sunset at beach

Absolutely Awesome

Everything was awesome. Clean, lots of amenities. The host gave us some amazing Greek food on the first night. Cleaning was prompt at reguar intervals. It was like a little oasis home. Great location too. Would highly recommend this location for a holiday travel

Wonderful Little Haven

Lovely little villa with really beautiful outside space, with pools, jacuzzi, outside kitchen etc. It's great to have your own private space within a few minutes walk to the beach. Agios Gordios is a small little village with a few basic supermarkets and loads of places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our R&R and chilling by the pools.

What a GEM

The host are welcoming and nothing is to much trouble cooked us a lovely meal on our arrival and left a welcome pack in the kitchen very kind. The location is excellent only 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants and supermarkets 2 minutes away. Highly recommended

Perfect end to our holiday

After jumping around Corfy we ended our holiday at Villa Kaduth and could not have felt luckier. The villa was perfect for us and we relaxed and had the best best best time there. The mist delicious stew welcomed us on our first night which was exactly what we needed and then I struggled to get the children out of the pool.We would definitely go back.It surpassed my expectations

A little paradise for a week

Excellent welcome from Katerina and her husband, a typical Greek dish awaited us as well as provisions for breakfast and more. Magnificent fresh whole fish awaited us during our stay to grill on the barbecue, what a delight! We loved the location, everything is nearby (supermarket, restaurants, souvenirs) and the magnificent beach is 5 minutes away. In order to travel throughout the island, the location is ideal because it is rather central. A real little cocoon. We loved the period too (end of April) because there were very few tourists and the temperatures were very pleasant. A little paradise for a week

Firstly - the welcome! Katerina was lovely, we arrived very late after a delayed flight. Nothing was a problem, she even made us dinner which was delicious. It was the perfect place for us, and we’d love to come back. The location for us (wedding party guests) was just great. The views are incredible, we loved the landscape. There’s a supermarket just over the road, 5 min walk to the beach. Great signal wifi but just watch out for the odd power cut (nothing these guys can do about that). Everything was spotless, nice comfy linen and sheets, they even left us a few beers and a bottle of wine to enjoy.

A beautiful villa with wonderful hosts

Villa Kadith is a great place for a family stay, with wonderful facilities including the beautiful pool, outside shower, spa bath, pizza oven and bbq, all set in a lovely garden with sunbathing areas and shade all day. Inside the villa is very well set out and equipped. Katrina and her husband are wonderful hosts and they provided several meals and local delicacies for us throughout our stay- we felt very lucky to have booked Villa Kadith. As we were in Corfu for a family wedding, we hosted lots of friends and there is loads of space for socialising. Local shops are fully stocked with you might need and are only 100m away. The beach and local restaurants are less than 5 minutes from the Villa. Thanks for a great holiday.

Katerina is a lovely, friendly host, with a lovely Villa

Katerina offers a lovely home at Villa Kadith, in Adios Gordious. We were allowed to arrive early and Katerina brought us round a beautiful home cooked meal. The villa is equipped with everything that you need plus some lovely extras, like bread, milk, eggs, jam, wine, melon, coffee, cooking oil, toilet rolls and probably more things that I have forgotten. We only stayed for 4 nights, but Katrina brought us round 4 fresh Sea Bream for us to cook on the 3rd day, for which we are very grateful, they were very tasty. We were offered clean towels, linen and the house cleaned half way through our stay(which we declined). Villa Kadith is just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Katerina is a lovely, friendly host, with a lovely Villa and outside patio/pool.

Just perfect

I could use so many superlatives! The villa was fantastic. Small inside but with such a variety of outdoor spaces. The shallow area of the pool was a great space for a small child to play in safety. Our hosts Katerina and Spiro were just amazing and so incredibly kind. The villa had starter amounts of bread, water, wine and coffee and Katerina brought us a lunch meal when we arrived. Spiro kept us supplied with bread and his own delicious wine and having brought us some fresh bream, he then cooked it for us! We have rarely stayed in such a lovely place with such very kind hosts. Thank you so very much for making our stay so much fun.

Amazing property

Amazing property. hosts very kind and attentive. we are family of five. catalina greeted us at the property when we arrived at 10pm.very thoughtful had prepared for us a beautiful Greek meal. water, fruit, bread, pastries and coffee everything that we needed which was so generous and kind. even Slippers! the villa itself was just amazing! even better than the photos. pool and villa were spotless and cleaned several times throughout our stay. beautiful plants around. beds changed and fresh towels provided. travel cot for our baby. catalinas husband wold arrive with pastries and even brought fresh fish for us to cook on the bbq. we stayed in April so it was very quiet and peaceful but not many restaurants open. The supermarket was close by which is quite expensive. beautiful beach five min walk! would recommend car to get to see more of what the beautiful island has to offer. corfu town was only 25 min drive and so is the airport. so happy to come back to this villa after a day exploring

Agios Gordios - the villa on the hilly bend!

This is one of the only villas in the area but is within easy walking distance of the beach, many bars and restaurants, and supermarkets. The villa is comfortable and the bed very suited to those who love hard beds. What sets it apart is the owner who is thoughtful and left food for us - fruit and bread. She also made us a meal. All your correspondence is with a management company before you go, but they missed passing key info to the owner for us which was disappointing. The kitchen is well equipped with gadgets. If you like a mug of a hot drink take one with you - only small cups there! It has a hob, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster. The washing machine outside was a welcome bonus! We didn't use the BBQ or pizza oven but they're there too! Biggest surprise was the jacuzzi which wasn't in the pictures when we booked. It's cold though so only useful if you're acclimatised to the water, and it doesn't stay on for long - the gentleman said 3mins but I timed it at 50 seconds! The small pool with loungers is a genius idea. As it's on a hill and a bend in the road it can be noisy outside sometimes so it might not be the place to go if you want to get away from it all. We noted some maintenance issues which didn't stop our enjoyment but are reflected in the overall score - e.g. only one wine glass was disappointing - moreso because it was cracked! The owner is on site and checks in with you regularly though for any immediate issues. We enjoyed it!

Great holiday

It was a very great holiday all around and both the accommodation, as well as the good soul of the house have more than sweetened our holiday. You really have everything you need in this cottage and much more. We were even greeted with a really delicious, Greek dish and a nice bottle of wine. The complex is really only 3-4 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach. We found it just right... great house, good location, great beach, nice tavernas / restaurants / bars and enough shopping. 5 stars from us.

This villa is amazing

This villa is amazing, very clean with everything you need. The location is amazing, with a supermarket a minute down the road, all the locals are very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes where you pass numerous supermarkets & restaurants. The beach is breathtaking with plenty of restaurants to eat, and most of them do beach service too! The host left us some food & wine which was lovely to get to after a long flight. They are very nice people who take pride in their villa and offered us some flexibility with our check-in which was a huge bonus for us.

This place is outstanding. Read a few ridiculous comments. Bbq area, pizza oven covered seating area with a fan. Owner made us a beautiful dinner on arrival then her husband made us the best chargilled lamb I've ever had. Cannot fault the place.

Amazing
