「In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen. 」

「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

「Was such a lovely spot. Close to the station yet very quiet. Incredible breakfast. staff were Attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a luxurious stay with incredible views of the Matterhorn from the deluxe suite!」
