"While the staff was very friendly, one thing that was off putting was the specific bracelet/ room key , different color due to us booking through Expedia, that made it feel like we were sticking out , I think a simple contact number would have sufficed. Also again while friendly with in the resort the pushing of the vip package I believe should have been a simple question if we wanted to participate or not. The focus should have been helping us understand what the resort has to offer rather than trying to seemingly upsell us. Over all was a good experience just would like to offer those comments and I think those could help maximize time"

"We have been to all the Couples Resort now and this unfortunately was not my favorite. It would be my third favorite of the four. It was a beautiful resort but the experience was not as relaxing and fun as San Souci and Tower Isle. The entertainment was quite boring each night. Yet, Kayla was personable and cute! And make sure to read the rooms descriptions fully! Our suite did not have a tv and for those evenings you just wanna chill before nightlife, it’s needed! The food was also not as good as the others yet not bad either. And yes, the beach is beautiful and long but it also has a much crowded feel. I think if I didn’t have much to compare too, I would rate it much higher but I do, sooooo. All in all, Couples will always have my heart."

"The resort was excellent! Great beach, clean rooms and facilities. Food was great and the staff were friendly. The only draw back was getting reservations for some of the restaurants. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation at Hotel Riu Negril."

"The resort was very clean . People were very friendly. Kylie in the reception area is the best ! She was always there to give you a drink. I didn’t think the food at buffet was the best . They had a lot of choices so you could always find something to eat."

"Will be nice sun shade in the beach, because the sun is very hot and has few shade from the trees. The dryer in the room wasn’t working. The employees are amazing."

"I really enjoyed my birthday celebration. The only let down was the massage prices. This the first trip I didn’t get some type of Spa service. The entertainment crew were so energetic and friendly I have to give shout out to Naomi she had us dancing all night. Outer favorite Bartender was Juanita she made some very creative delicious drinks. Christopher on the Bell hop staff was so welcoming he made coming in joyful and leaving a see you later type thing. We will definitely recommend this place and come back. Needs improvement- The after 10pm food choices. "
