"THE ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN, STAFF IS AMAZING AND VERY RESPECTFUL...YEA MON...AMAZING BEACH VIEW WHETHER IN THE ROOM OR JUST WALKING ALONG THE BEACH....WE BOOK A ROOM WITH A PRIVATE POOL AND IT WAS FANTASTIC, THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS GREAT TOO WE DID NOT GO IN BUT THE VIEW AND THE CLEANINESS WAS GREAT....THANKS EXCELLENCE YOU GAVE US AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE...."

"This resort was super clean. The rooms, grounds and pools were maintained daily and the staff members were so friendly. We upgraded to Platinum, so we had Butler Service that was excellent. The specialties restaurants were excellent too. The Jamaica Restaurant was my favorite. Breakfast by the swim out each morning helped get our day started. Awesome resort!"

"Wonderful Stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle 🇯🇲 I had a great overall experience at Riu Palace Aquarelle. The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the pool areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jamaican sunshine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the atmosphere around the resort, especially the swim-up bar and entertainment. The food had a good variety and there were plenty of options throughout the day. The resort has a nice balance between relaxation and having things to do. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Riu Palace Aquarelle to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation in Jamaica. I would happily visit again! 🇯🇲"

"From beginning to end we had an excellent experience. Staff were all amazing. Room had excellent wifi and very clean. Oh, and the beach... just like a warm pool. Calm and warm. Close to supermarket. We will definitely be back soon."

Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive

"The resort is fantastic. The beaches are pristine. The quality of the food at the buffet what’s above average but the breakfast buffet was basically eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Fruits and juices were also available. The specialty restaurants were a hit and miss. The steak restaurant was fantastic, but because of low occupancy on the second week, the resort decided to shut down the steakhouse four nights a week. Access was limited. The Italian restaurant was terrible. Would not recommend. Never tried any of the other restaurants most were not open. House cleaning staff were amazing. we will return, but will definitely check ahead of time to make sure that the specialty restaurants will be open and accessible during our next visit. Our transportation to and from the airport through Jamaica tours booked with Expedia was on time as promised. No surprises."
