Great Potential Poorly maintained
Overall we had an Great time but there were several issues we needed to have addressed. All the beds on the the bottom floor were covered in mouse droppings. It was isolated to the bottom level and the rest of the house was clean. A low voltage electrical cabinet in the laundry room was missing the door and wires and boxes were hanging. Legs on several of the chairs were soo looses we had to keep them off to the side so no one would get hurt. The shower on the bottom floor with the king could not be used as the handle was stripped and you couldn't adjust the temp mid shower. we also had an alarm going off related to the septic. The decking around the pool is in need of attention there was burrs / picker throne balls throughout the pool chair area and around and in the volley ball area. With that being said when I contacted the property manager they were quick to dispatch someone to address the issues. The only issue not resolved first pass was the electrical closet because when they made the initial fix they inadvertently shut down all the Cable, and Wifi, but when contacted again they had someone there quickly to resolve the issue. Otherwise the house was laid out great for a large group with plenty of room to be together or apart for different vacation expectations under one roof. Hopefully they will be more proactive with the property to mitigate these situations for future visitors.
