The owner thought of every detail that you need to have an enjoyable stay! Wonderful time, beautiful home with plenty of room and space for 14 of us. The walk to the beach is short and really easy and relaxing.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a wonderful time and the property had everything we could hope for! Great location, clean and well appointed. Easy quick walk to the beach and easy to access the neighborhood from the main road. We had the best time here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Corolla! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We especially loved the outdoor spaces, where we could enjoy the breeze and ocean sounds. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was just as describedHighly recommend this spot for a family vacation.

Family Vacation

Spacious beautiful home close to the beach.

Beach access was great and being on the cul de sac was nice. It was well stocked for all of our group, including pool and beach items, very well supplied kitchen with 2 dishwashers, and lots of room to spread out both inside and out. It could have been a little cleaner, couple of sheets and blankets had stains, bottle caps and cigarette butts outside, and kitchen had an ant problem. But, overall, it was well worth the visit!

Perfect family vacation spot!

Great property for the price! Can’t beat the pool, hot tub, and short walk to the beach. House had everything we needed and kitchen was fully stocked. Property management was friendly and quick to respond with any needs! Can’t say enough how impressed we were with Outer Banks Blue team! One thing to note is the stair access to the beach. Not a problem for our crew but could possibly be an issue for some. We loved Corolla and the quiet, peaceful vacation!

Fun in the Sun

This property was perfect for our family of 10. It has a nice space for gathering together and also offers spaces to have private time. The pool was a nice size . The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would ever need. The two dish washers kept up with our big family meals. The beach was very close. We loved the different balconies. It was well stocked with beach chairs but we needed to go buy beach towels as those were not provided. It was extremely hot during our stay and we appreciated that we could be in sun and in shade by the pool. There were plenty of chairs and an umbrella by the pool. We loved this property.

Great house!

This house accommodated all of us with ease (4yo-adults). It has everything you need for your stay. They provided towels and sheets. They have a storage closet with chairs and other beach supplies. Even with rainy weather we were still able to enjoy plenty of pool/hot tub time. The walk to the beach was no issue, it wasn’t far. It was easy to contact the agent if there were any concerns. Would recommend, especially for the price.

Family vaca

We had a great vacation in Corolla! There were a few things that could have gone better, though. At 4:00 on Friday when we were told we could get in to the house, the house wasn’t even cleaned yet. The grill was very old (which was replaced later in the week). And at nighttime there were huge water bugs on the first floor and out by the pool.

The pictures are somewhat deceiving

The good - my family was all together for our first away vacation since the grandheartbeats have been born. The home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped especially since I enjoy cooking. The dining table was large enough for us to eat and do family games and not have to be separated. The not so good - The pool only gets partial sun as the house behind you blocks it for a good portion of the day. The kitchen door didn't lock - called to have it looked at and the mgmt company did send someone out and the next day the whole handle fell off so again it didn't lock. There was a terrible ant problem in the kitchen and 2nd level bedroom. The spiders and webs were quite much. The grounds could be better landscaped for better views ie.. pruning of trees etc.

Very nice place located close to beach access. Kitchen stocked with the most plates, utensils, etc we have ever been in. Fridge had to be replaced while we were there. Homeowners worked very hard to get a replacement in a very short time. Inconvenient but we made it work

Great Place with minor flaws

The property is nice. Plenty of bedrooms/beds for large family. Few things that I did not like....ice and water dispenser not working, door handle in kitchen going out to balcony did not lock, oven didnt have 2 heating elements so it took forever to pre-heat and cook, wifi was horrible-we had 6 kids trying to do virtual school and none could connect-had to use mobile hotspots, had an infant that needed naps but couldnt get wifi to connect to baby monitor, had two seperate postings on fridge for rules & regulations- so we didnt know who to contact w for issues nor did we have correct trash pickup schedule. Clean and comfy. Overall good stay and would stay again if some issues are fixed.

Annual beach trip

Beautiful home. Kitchen well supplied. Teenagers loved the pool table and the pool. A bit farther from the beach than we like. We have a handicapped family member that couldn’t get on the beach due to the distance and the access. Neighbors houses are super close.
