A Queen ensuite bedroom equipped with a work station has the best view in the house and direct access to the upper deck. Mid Floor: A spacious King ensuite bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a bedroom with two Twin beds, full hall bath, and a laundry bath. Outside: A hot tub on the back deck area. Another deck is shared between the King and Twin rooms. Ground Floor: A “bunk room†equipped with two duo bunks and a futon, a quiet sitting room with its own library shelf, and a full hall bath. Outside: A gas grill and picnic table create a dining area, outdoor shower, fenced in private pool, basketball hoop, clothes lines, dog waste bag station, private path to the closest dune overwalk.
