James was very responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were also perfect. It was an easy walk to grocery store and butcher shop and Timbuck II shopping center. Relaxing week. We highly recommend James and his rental home.

Family vacation

We had a great time. Would definitely rent this property again. Close to the beach as well as stores. It had everything we needed even some things we didn’t think to bring. The neighborhood is friendly.
