Decent, could be better.

The pictures on the listing were not what I expected upon arrival. There’s a lot of water damage in the home (giant slits, stained curtains, and bubble ceilings) and there were so many dead flies on the floor and ones flying around. The neighborhood is a high flood area, but the property at the time was not flooded for us. The bedding was too thin and minimal. There are five bathrooms in the home and at arrival there were only 2 USED toilet rolls in the entire home. When I contacted the host their reply was they supply “starter toiletries” and it’s 1 roll per bathroom which there was not. There is limited cleaning supplies for us to ensure it’s not “excessively dirty.” There was only tiny dust pans and no broom, no cleaning spray. Our friends had the pull out couch which wasn’t really a pull out but more so the back cushions served as part of the bed which they said was extra uncomfortable. The positives were the location to the beach, easy check in, fast response if the host, and the pool and hot tub. It’s also a 5 minute drive to seafood markets and Harris teeter.
