Discover the magic of the Outer Banks in this home perfect for weddings, corporate events and large family gatherings. Enjoy fun in the sun while splashing in the enclosed and private pool area. Packed with amenities to please the entire group you can enjoy gorgeous views, 21' elevation, a baby grand player piano, multiple TVs and extensive decks throughout. Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully enclosed private pool and hot tub area with 2 poolside half bathrooms, a hammock, and plenty of loungers. An elevated patio that includes 2 large tables and chairs, and 2 gas grills. A large, elevated deck that doubles as a special event area, which includes additional loungers, 2 sets of corn hole boards, a large bar top table with chairs, and a covered, screened-in bar area. Inside you'll find a huge Recroom with a pool table, foosball, bar area, and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and full-size freezer. Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom, 6 Queen Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms each with a Duobunk. Newly redone Theater Room with 3 tiers seating 19, 2 full hall bathrooms, and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 125 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Ocean Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. Using the brand-new private walkway to the beach or a 30 second drive in your four-wheel drive vehicle brings you right out to the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County (https://currituckcountync.ticketspice.com/currituckbeachparking) The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center (500 Hunt Club Drive). Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip.
