Great multi-generational family vacation house! We had a party of 11, age ranging from 3-73. We appreciated the space and needed all 6 of the bedrooms for the configuration of our group. The bedroom on the third floor and one of the bedrooms on the second floor are very large. We used the large bedroom on the second floor for a parent-kid combo. It seems obvious (now), but there are a lot of steps to get from the first floor pool/garage/entry to the second floor bedrooms, to the third floor living room/kitchen. If your party includes people with mobility issues, this is a consideration. Also, the beach access is steep stairs up and down (same for all access points). The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials, and we cooked most meals during our stay. (We brought sharp knives from home for cooking/prep. Also, there are no basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc so bring or buy those too.) The house and furniture are in good condition. The decor is beachy-stylish! The beds are firm and extremely comfortable. The pool is fun, but small for our group & the size of the house. Regardless it was great to have a private pool on the property. The development where this house is located is well-maintained, gated, and family friendly. A service brings the trash cans to the curb and then back to the garage area every few days. The beach and the development are extremely clean!! We had a wonderful time!
