The lower level has a carport entrance, a king size bedroom and a full bath leading to the pool and hot tub. The middle level has a king master bedroom with private bath, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath in the hallway, a den with pocket doors for privacy and an additional half bath between the mid-floor and upper floor. The top level has a king master bedroom with private bath, a large living area , kitchen with gas appliances and a 'ships watch' loft with game table. The views from the roof top crows nest are beautiful.

Everything was great!
Booking was easy. Owner was great, fast and easy communication. Check in was easy. House was clean and spacious. Walking distance to beach access, wagons and chairs provided. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store, shops, food, and arcade. We had a great time. Would rent again.

Everything was clean and neat. Everything was in working order. This was our second time staying in this home. There were no issues everything was fantastic. This is a great home for a family vacation. Great pool and jacuzzi! Plenty of patio furniture. This property is well taken care of. We will be staying there again in the future.

Great property short distance from beach
This property was perfect for the 8 of us! It was a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and dining. The house was clean and obviously well taken care of. Jesus was a great host and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful house, great location!
The house was perfect size and layout for our family and friends vacation. Plenty of room to spread out and very functional. House is in great condition. The location is amazing. Short walk to beach or Timbuck 2 shopping. Jesus (owner) was awesome to work with with. I highly recommend you check this place out- we will be booking again!

My family stayed in this homme for a week. 4 adults and 3 teens. The house was super clean, had everything we meeded to enjoy our week. The pool provided hours a of fun for all. I would recommend this home to family and friends and hope to stay here again.

This house was perfect for us. The owner is top notch!! I sent him a message that the gas grill wasn’t working. The burners and back of the grill were both rusted out. He had a new grill delivered the next day. He is absolutely amazing. I would definitely rent from him again.

The house and location are perfect! The host's communication was wonderful. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. You do need to provide towels and paper goods (toilet paper, napkins, etc.) but that might be the norm in OBX rentals. We would definitely come back

Perfect location
This was our second time staying in this home and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect, close to the beach and shopping. The owner is great to work with and was quick to resolve a minor issue that we had. Our favorite part of the house is the amazing view from the top deck. You can see both the ocean and the sound. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again

Sept was perfect!
The house is very accommodating for a large group but you must bring not only all towels but TP, Soaps of all kinds and a hair dryer if needed. It was a short walk to the beach and we had lovely mornings and evenings in the pool and hot tub!

Overall our experience was wonderful. There was a bit of a hiccup with us not getting check-in info/codes for entry on time, but Jesus was very responsive and everything worked out. House was great and we would highly recommend.

Family Get Away
We so enjoyed our stay here! So clean and close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen was amazing with two dishwashers and all the amenities to cook. Loved the decks overlooking the pool and the widows watch at the top. A very quiet neighborhood and you could hear the ocean from the decks as well as see the ocean. We are hoping to coordinate our family schedules so we can return to this house next year. Thanks for letting us share your home.

Corolla is our new favorite OBX spot!
We have stayed several places up and down the coast at OBX. We loved the vibe of the Corolla area. We love to have family days out shopping, trying new food spots and doing activities like putt-putt. There were plenty of options within walking distance of the Timbuk2 plaza, along with several spots up north. If you are looking to bar hop and party nightly, look south of here. But if you like family entertainment, having a few drinks out a night or two, this place is awesome. The house itself...Jesús was awesome with communications throughout our stay and the house fit all of our needs. The house was clean and everything we used, worked as expected. Location to the beach was a short walk & the house had everything to make the trip as easy as possible. We will definitely be looking at this place for 2023!!!

Beautiful Beach House, Great Location for Families with Young Kids
My family stayed at the house for a week in August and the house is exactly as pictured and described. Super easy walk to the beach, even with young kids. The pool is great with plenty of floats that were already there, as well as lounge chairs. The house has all the amenities one could ask for and ample kitchen supplies. Air conditioning worked great and so did the WiFi. Also an easy walk or bike ride to Food Lion or the shops at TimBuk2. There is nothing I would change about our stay at the home. Would stay there again. Also, owner is incredibly responsive when asked any questions and helpful.

After 2 Days We Agreed This Was The House For Next Year
We had an incredible time in Corolla and it all started with check in. Jèsus was able to accommodate an earlier check in time and communicated this to us as we were entering the OBX. We found the house to be in an excellent location, close to the center of town so the kids could ride their bikes to the stores or if we needed something quick at the Food Lion. Literally a 5 min walk from the driveway to the access stairs of the beach. We were so impressed with the condition of the pool (it was being cleaned as we arrived), hot tub and the patio. Also- We we’re allowed to use the beach chairs (6), umbrellas and beach wagons which, was very nice. We were in contact with Jèsus about a question and he promptly got back to us. As the title says : we want be here next year as well. Thank you Jèsus for everything
