The house is a perfect set up for rooms and bathrooms, excellent pool and hottub. The decor is very nice and the kitchen and appliances are top of the line. The laundry was also very nice.

Location and view were great! Layout of the house and the furniture were very suitable for accomodating our large group of guests. Layout maximized privacy. A number of items needed attention but many could easily be corrected with a deep clean and minor repairs.

Great place to stay right on the ocean. Pool, hot tub, few toys & chairs to use on the beach. Location is perfect to explore fun excursions and things to do for the kids. Close to Tim buck II shopping center and restaurants. House is very spacious with multiple refrigerators, ovens, & cookware. Overall great place to go with family or friends for a week vacation in the outer banks.

House was very clean, very easy access to the beach. House is very roomy, and perfect for a big family vacation. This was the second time we rented it , and booked it for next year already. We all had a great time and so did all the grandkids, can’t wait for next year !!

The house had what we needed for a nice week, but is in need of a serious deep cleaning. The weekly wipe downs are not cutting it. Several showers had mold/mildew, one was not even usable. The decking and stairs are dry ,brittle, full of rusty nails and dangerous. Several guests got splinters . The insides of the kitchen cabinets were disgusting. The placement of the hot tub is above the picnic table on the pool level, so drips water onto anything placed on the table. There are some positives. The landscape on the property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is small compared to other properties but served our crowd with plenty of space. The powder room on the pool level is a great idea!

This home was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked with no surprises. Our family of 20 had a ball. Our only issue was working with the smart TVs. The response to any issue was rapid and taken care of immediately. This was our 7th vacation as a family and this was by far the best. Plenty of space and room for all of us. The beach access was fantastic. We’re seriously considering returning again next year.

This is the perfect location and property for larger groups. The Beach access, size of the property, and bedrooms are great. The layout of the house and the views are just spectacular. There are several things that did not work. They were small but for the price of this property should be in working order. The Kitchen was very well equipped but completely unorganized. The interior furnishings are adequate but dated. The outdoor furniture was also dated. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property. Kitchen is well-stocked, lots of gathering spaces, bedrooms are comfortable, beautiful ocean views. Great covered decks. It was clean and ready for us on time. One of the best stretches of beach we've ever enjoyed - it is wide and drops off gradually which is great for the kids - safer if they go in the water and there were frequently tidal pools for the very little ones to play in. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week and it was absolutely incredible. Every room has an amazing view and the layout flows very naturally. We had friends and family that stayed with us and no one ever felt crowded or uncomfortable. It is isolated just enough to give you that sense of privacy and the feel of having your own private beach while being close to all your essential needs and tourist hot spots. We would highly recommend this home to anyone or any family that wants to enjoy a vacation or getaway in their very own Paradise. It is truly a Paradise Found. The Johnson Family

House I booked was not available at the last minute due to construction. Vacasa reached out and got us another acceptable house. Dryers took too long to dry, shuffleboard top was too damaged to play. All else was great!

Our family gathered for a pre-Christmas stay in Corolla and Paradise Found was a great choice for us. We arrived to find some lovely holiday decorative touches throughout. There was a full-size tree with ornaments by the fireplace, some bright red trees and berry sprays at the dining table, and a little starfish and shell tree on the gathering counter. The spaces were clean, the bedding was freshly washed, including lovely light-weight dark blue velvety coverlets and plenty of pillows. We didn't partake in the jacuzzi experience, so cannot speak to that. We did enjoy several rounds of pool (table) and movies in the second floor entertainment room, which was cozy and fun. The access to the beach could have had a bit better experience to some of our older patrons...we chose PF for the accessibility of an elevator, but for those with walking issues, they could not easily get to the seating at the dunes with the unleveled sand and no hand rail in one section. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. There did look to be some "wear and tear" on the back side of the building..rusty at nails, broken-off siding plaster, decks that needed some love- this might bother one more if spending time outside in summer but not a huge deal in winter. This was a very family friendly option with incredible views.

Very disappointed with this rental home. We arrived to find the facility filthy. The house smelled of mildew. Black mold and dust could been seen around air vents; insects, cobwebs and rust so heavily littered the porches that sitting outside to enjoy sunrise or sunset was impossible. Surfaces were dirty, some bed linens were soiled and items in the kitchen were disheveled. I immediately contacted Vacasa customer support but went largely ignored. So very disappointed!!!

Our group of 20 had plenty of room, house is very spacious. But the outside was dirty, the decking to the beach was unstable and the inside of the house needed some attention. The pool is small.

This house is very well appointed. Amazing views from the great room. Great layout and bedrooms were spacious. Only negatives are the pool is a bit small (but loved that it was salt water), the dune walkway needs to be maintained better and the gas grille was literally a fire hazard and needs to be replaced.

This was our first trip to Obx. This house did not disappoint!! Very roomy for 20 people. Spectacular views and right on the beach. I would not hesitate to stay there again
