Indulge in coastal luxury in the heart of Corolla at our brand-new, oceanside beach house. This exquisite retreat boasts six elegantly appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. This picturesque home features a private pool and a hot tub with picnic seating for dining. Before grilling on the gas barbecue, refresh yourself with a rinse in the outdoor shower. Inside, unwind in the living room with a large smart TV, or indulge your culinary creativity in the sleek, modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. For entertainment, the game room provides a fun and relaxing escape.

Community Amenities: The Villages of Ocean Hill and Tail Wind provide - No Cost Use of the Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball, equipment for use at the sports complex, two community Swimming Pools - 1 located at the oceanfront, 1 located next to fitness center(HOA charges fee for Fitness Center $25 a day per person), and Sharky's snack bar located at the oceanfront pool. 7 private beach access points. 2 walking distance. 2 with parking lots.

Sports Complex and Lakeside Swimming Pool are a 1 minute walk from Tail Wind. Walk to two of the beach accesses in 7-8 minutes. Drive your vehicle to one of the 2 private parking lots, one by the oceanfront pool with beach access and one additional.

Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals available - located near the oceanfront pool, choose your spot and have your chairs and umbrella set-up for you each day.

Tail Wind is located near the 4x4 beach, Home of the Wild Horses. Walk to 4x4 or drive.

Great vacation week!

House was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. Beach and pool access a short walk or golf cart ride away. Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. Definitely would recommend for OBX vacation!
