IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation. There may be additional optional fees charged to your reservation that may not be able to be listed on this site (examples: pet fee, pool heat, early check in, security deposit, special events, etc.). Travel insurance can be purchased through VRBO or directly through Generali.
Upgrades for 2025 included new furnishings in the ground level bedroom and all mid level bathrooms were remodeled.

Nothing can keep you away from WILD HORSES! From your deck you have a beautiful view of the community, you can hear the sound of the waves and see the ocean on the horizon! Only 450' away from the beach this home allows you and your family to enjoy the beach to the fullest. Relax in the pool, in the hot tub or grab a good book and head to the hammock. Inside, vaulted ceilings and huge windows add to the spacious feel of this home, while hardwood floors in the living room add to its beauty. WILD HORSES will bring you back to Corolla every year!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and backyard patio with outdoor furniture. Master Bedroom with 1 Queen, 1Single and a Sleep Sofa ideal for kids/teens to play video games.
Mid Level: King Bedroom with semi-private full bath (second door to hallway), King Bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk. Laundry with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Beautiful bright decor, wood floors, great room with 55" TV, LG XBoom mini-HIFI system with blue tooth technology, access to two decks with ocean views, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 8 and a King Master Bedroom with private full bathroom.
Extras: Private Pool (20 x 10, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, mini-HIFI system, high-speed internet access, high chair, outside shower, picnic table, gas grill, linens and towels provided, parking for 4 vehicles, community water and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. Dogs (2 max) Welcome. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 450'. House Address: 1119 Morris Drive. Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Single, 1 DuoBunk, Single Sleep Sofa. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
